One-Time Base Fee

  • Exists upfront to cover the initial costs of strategy, copywriting and creative production required to launch effective campaigns

Performance Incentive

  • We believe in operating as a performance partner rather than a one-off consultant who delivers and disappears
  • Performance incentive ensures a scale-down on initial base fees and more earnings for us only when you gain more
  • Tabulated and paid at the end of the campaign - we kindly request view-only access rights to the relevant metrics associated with the ad(s)

UTMs

  • Simple tracking tags added to our ad links to help us understand where a customer first engaged with an offer
  • UTMs are recorded online once a customer engages with the ad, even if they return later to make the purchase, or after the ad has been removed due to fatigue
  • We use UTMs to ensure attribution is accurate and performance is measurable

Total Ad-Attributed Conversion / Revenue

  • Refers to conversion / revenue generated by the ad from the launch of an ad until 60 days after the ad was paused due to fatigue
  • Each ad is assigned unique UTMs to track downstream conversions

60-Day Attribution Window

  • The 60-day attribution window after an ad has been removed (due to fatigue) exists to reflect how real customers make buying decisions
  • Most buyers take some time to compare options, think or return later before completing a purchase
  • A 60-day window is widely accepted in performance marketing as a balanced timeframe that captures genuine campaign influence without overstating results
  • We don't claim credit for every sale within the 60-day window - attribution only applies where there is clear, trackable campaign interaction
  • Conversions driven by unrelated campaigns or outside the window are not included

A/B Testing

  • We offer continuous and unlimited A/B testing and optimisation until ad fatigue
  • The first round of A/B test commences upon ad launch. Each A/B test round will feature 4 variants of the hero copy. Based on industry standards, 4 is optimal for meaningful differentiation and conclusion, while maintaining budget efficiency. Too few or too many variants can dilute test results.
  • Upon the end of each test round, the best-performing variant will be chosen to scale up and be used for the next round of testing, this time varying a different component of the ad to derive a new round of conclusions on best-performing ads
  • A test round ends when the time cap is reached, or ends early when the Minimum Data Threshold (MDT) is reached and a variant outperforms the next best by ≥ 20% for at least 3 consecutive days. You may refer to the table below for the Primary Decision Metric (PDM), MDT and time cap of each copy type.
